ACCIDENT: An artful, nuanced British film based on a thought-provoking script by Harold Pinter. An Oxford University professor looks back over his life and particularly, the complicated relationship between a young student, another professor and himself. A relationship that was to end in tragedy.
THE FAMILY WAY: This film from 1966 is best known for it's score by a certain Paul McCartney, his only solo work before the Beatles split in 1970. The film itself is a gentle sentimental comedy about a newly wed couple who are struggling to find the time to consummate their marriage. Soon it's the talk of town, which only adds to the pressure.
