Summary: Whereas some families pull together in the face of tragedy, the death of Jim Ferris (Danny Huston, THE CONSTANT GARDENER) leaves his family in tatters. Although time has dulled the pain, unpleasant memories resurface and threaten to overshadow the festivities. First-time writer-director Dan Wilde elicits memorable performances from a fine ensemble cast, in this beautifully realised tale of life, death, and familial discord.
