Summary: A Japanese brotherhood takes on the Mafia on the streets of America. FBI agent Nick Davis is sent in undercover to infiltrate the gang.

When Agent Nick Davis (Viggo Mortensen) is sent by the FBI to infiltrate the Japanese yakuza's American branch, he finds himself quickly progressing and gaining acceptance into the family. However, his loyalties soon begin to fray when they are subjected to conflicts with the Italian mafia and an FBI force.
