Summary: Stephen Seagal returns as Jonathan Cold, a former CIA agent who goes undercover in a dangerous group of terrorists planning to bomb Los Angeles for revenge. Steven Seagal stars as the former CIA agent , Jonathon Cold . This
time he's gone undercover , in a dangerous group of terrorists that plan to bomb Los Angeles . His mission is to find some arms dealers that want to sell them a nuclear bomb . Cold's cover threatens to be blown when the weapons dealers kidnap his beautiful former protegee , Amanda ( Tamara Davies ) , but together they manage to go after the bomb . They soon discover that Amanda's boss is involved in the bombing and it becomes a race against time to prevent Los Angeles being reduced to rubble .
