Summary: Manager of Whitbury New Town Leisure Centre, Gordon Brittas, has a natural ability to create havoc wherever he goes. Chris Barrie (RED DWARF's Rimmer) stars in this comedy series as the hapless Gordon Brittas, the manager of a small town leisure centre. Aided, or more often than not, hindered by a motley collection of staff, the next disaster is never far away. This disc contains the six episodes that make up the first of a remarkable eight series run that made THE BRITTAS EMPIRE one of the most successful British sitcoms of the 1990s.
