Summary: Two junior level agents, Kei and Yuri, unleash mayhem as they are sent on a variety of missions by the World Welfare and Works Agency. Contains the episodes 'Runaway Angel', 'Darkside Angel', 'Frozen Angel', 'Sleeping Angel', 'Stray Angel', and 'Lovely Angel'.

An OVA series based on the original DIRTY PAIR series, this incarnation once again features Kei and Yuri, the Lovely Angels, as a pair of trouble consultants for the World, Welfare & Works Agency. The twist is that these two have a penchant for causing far more destruction than they could ever prevent. The series starts as Kei and Yuri are unwillingly made partners by the WWWA, and a dying man gives Yuri a data card and makes her promise to keep it out of the authorities' hands. Contains all six episodes of their first mission.
