Summary: Patrick Stowe is head of a fertility clinic where he and his staff try to bring babies to childless couples by IVF. In this first series Patrick tries to help two couples who have had several unsuccessful attempts at IVF and other fertility treatments. A mother discovers she has left it too late to have a baby naturally and enlists the help of the clinic and a student to be the surrogate mother. Then there is a couple who is finding it hard to cope after the tragic death of their only son.

Jack Campbell (Nicolas Cage) is a quintessential Wall Street shark, scoring killer deals by day and shallow escort sex by night in The Family Man.
