Summary: Set in the turbulent 17th Century reign of King Charles II, this film tells of Lady Panthea Vyre who attracts the attention of the King and the eye of the folk hero and highwayman, Silver Blade, who, unknown to her, is really a relative of hers and rightful heir to the family estate and title. Soon Lady Vyre is implicated in the death of her 'husband' and, innocent of the charges, is put on trial. If found guilty she will die.
