About time too , the only way to enjoy a really good action movie is to see it as the director intended it to be , and this Richard Donner actionfest does not disappoint . With 7 minutes of previously unavailable scenes , the directors cut of Lethal Weapon is a long-overdue present for fans of this genre. Mel Gibson as Martin Riggs is totally over the top and the wonderful reliable Danny Glover as his partner Murtaugh plays it for laughs. This is a film not to be missed
and hopefully they bring out the rest of the set , extended as well.
