Atkins (Public Image Ltd., Ministry, Pigface, Killing Joke) managed to record and cobble together the very best of the Beijing music scene, including the China Dub Soundsystem and many of the artists he ended up signing to his own label, and ultimately craft a one-of-a-kind amalgam of cultural commentary and raw musical showcase.
