Matt Roberts is the super-trainer of trainers, with celebrity clients including designer John Galliano, Naomi Campbell and Melanie C. Yet where other so-called fitness experts wheel in a celebrity to give their programmes kudos, Roberts has no need. He uses an ordinary person who has been training for 12 weeks.
