Summary: A comedy thriller which follows the antics of a pair of refuse collectors who discover the body of a city councillor in their truck and stumble across hitmen, the dumping of toxic waste and incriminating tapes.
In a small, casual beachside community, two garbagemen dream of opening a surf shop.
