Summary: Frank Black, a former FBI agent cursed with an ability to enter the minds of killers, is recruited as a consultant to the a mysterious organisation known as the 'Millennium Group'. To battle a rising tide of crime as the new Millennium approaches, this organisation of former law enforcement employees employ Frank and his gift to solve their most difficult cases.
