What a fantastic example of how films should be done. If you can withstand subtitles I insist you watch this. After the onslaught of revenge films (Kill Bill, Man on Fire) this is refreshing. Brutal, raw and powerful. Oldboy has one of the best fight scenes in any film (involving a claw hammer) and an ending that will simply blow you away. Even the soundtrack is perfect. The acting is top notch and the story is deep and twisted. Pure genius!
