Summary: On 3rd January 2009, Japanese record label PS Company hosted a J-Rock event to commemorate its 10th successful year in the music business. The PEACE AND SMILE CARNIVAL, at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan arena, saw a convergence of talent unlike anything previously seen. The legendary venue was filled to capacity as bands such as Kra, Alice Nine, The GazettE, Kagrra, and Miyavi took to the stage. Newcomers SuG and Screw more than held their own, opening the show with blistering performances.
