Summary: In this sequel to the 2006 hit THE PINK PANTHER, Steve Martin is back as the less-than-smooth Inspector Clouseau. This time around, he matches wits with Chief Inspector Dreyfus, played by fellow comedic genius John Cleese. THE PINK PANTHER 2 also features returning stars Jean Reno and Emily Mortimer, as well as newcomers to the series Andy Garcia, Alfred Molina, and Aishwarya Rai.

In this sequel to the 2006 hit THE PINK PANTHER, Steve Martin is back as the less-than-smooth Inspector Clouseau. This time around Clouseau is commanding a special squad of international detectives; a ”dream team”, comprised of alluring Italian hound Vincenzo (Andy Garcia) and practical, all-British Chief Inspector Randall Peeperidge (Alfred Molina). The three join forces to chase down The Tornado, an accomplished thief who has a dangerous penchant for historical artefacts such as the Turin shroud or the legendary titular diamond. At the inspector’s side we find the ever reliable Ponton (Jean Reno), as well as a string of bizarre characters, including beautiful secret agent Sonia Solandres (Aishwarya Rai), faithful assistant/girlfriend Emily Mortimer and bon-ton enthusiast Ms. Berenger (Lily Tomlin). Jeremy Irons completes the cast, showing off his unexpected comical talents.
