Summary: On the surface, life in Rockwell Falls seems idyllic and has remained unchanged for 100 years. But when Steve Kady, a U.S. census taker, arrives in town to investigate the unusually stagnant population, he unearths a much darker secret that lies at the heart of this creepy community: no-one is ever allowed to leave.

The God-fearing residents of Rockwell Falls keep their population at a divinely proportioned 436 citizens, but can census-taker Steve Kady escape 'the most perfect place on Earth' with his mind intact? Jeremy Sisto (THIRTEEN, TV’s SIX FEET UNDER) stars as the census taker who unwittingly stumbles into this waking nightmare, where the price of perfection is freedom itself. Having previously directed several episodes of sci-fi favourite THE X-FILES, Michelle MacLaren is well-suited to helm this nervy thriller. Ironically, the episode entitled Arcadia (not one of MacLaren’s) deals with a very similar theme: a seemingly perfect suburban neighbourhood that’s at the mercy of a sinister and oppressive 'neighbourhood watch' association. Fred Durst of nu-metal band Limpbizkit makes a cameo appearance as a cop caught up in the conspiracy.
